haunting stories

I work with people who are sick and tired of being sick and tired. They are besieged by patterns of thought that destroy peace. Working in detoxification drugs is very rewarding. I come to comfort the disturbed and disturb the console. Using a variety of technical challenge for our guests to see things in new ways. I like to say, change the way you see things, and things you see change. To illustrate and illuminate new angles, the tools of the stories can be powerful, not a threat. Here is one of the stories that use Zen – Zen does not work for everyone – but when it does – watch out!
Takashi wife was very jealous ill. Before she died, she promised her husband that will always remain faithful to her even after death. "If you betray me, you turn on you! "
Takashi has kept its promise for a year. Then she met, fell in love and proposed to another woman. On the night of commitment, the ghost of his former wife appeared. The spirit Takashi angrily reprimanded, and told him that every night would not annul the marriage to come. The spirit showed dark night after night, Takashi mockery and said everything he and his fiancee © had done during the day together. The ghost even know what they ate and talked. Takashi was afraid to go to the bed. It fell to another.
In desperation, Takashi went to a Zen teacher assistance. The master heard the story very seriously. He said: "It's a ghost very clever! "Yes!" Cried the man, she knows everything I do, watch me all day and insult me with details. "The master replied: "I'll tell you what to do to break the spell and let the spirit of his dead wife vigilant in peace."
That night the ghost reappeared, Takashi followed the instructions of the teacher. He said the ghost, "Cruel Spirit! You follow me all day, and I know everything I do. If you're so smart, so my answer to a question. If you know the answer, I'm still in mourning for a widow and single for the rest of my life. "The ghost replied:" What is your Questions? The man grabbed a handful of beans in a large bag on the floor. "Tell me exactly how many beans in my hand."
At that time, the ghost disappeared and never returned.
They often get blank looks, and it's great! I told our guests if they think they understand these Zen stories (or koan) is very likely that they do not. I encourage ponderment. But sometimes, in the twinkling of an eye, a guest will have its own ghost to rest in peace. I challenge you now, the spirit chasing you is cruel?
